We stand behind every patch we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Email support@slympatch.com with your order number and reason for return. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For subscription orders, you may cancel future shipments at any time. Refunds for the current billing cycle are available if requested within 30 days of the charge date.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your current order for a refund and place a new order.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@slympatch.com and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
